Etosha National Park
Waterholes crowded with game
Etosha is one of Africa’s great wildlife sanctuaries, built around a mineral pan so vast it can be seen from space. In the dry season the waterholes around the pan become stages where lions, elephants, black rhino, giraffe and herds of antelope gather through the day and, at the floodlit camps, through the night.

- One of Africa’s healthiest black rhino populations
- Elephants dusted white with calcrete
