Mosi-oa-Tunya, the smoke that thunders
One of the natural wonders of the world, Victoria Falls marks the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Over 500 million cubic metres of water a minute plunge into the Zambezi gorge, throwing up spray visible from 30 miles away. Livingstone is the Zambian base for river cruises, helicopter flights and the Devil’s Pool.
